There are a range of things we can do in a yoga therapy session, all of which are beneficial. How to choose?
The New Client Sampler Special is designed to allow you to sample a variety of techniques and services, all at a very special price.
The New Client Sampler Special is a package of 3 sessions, scheduled at your convenience. The sessions include the following:
* 1 session devoted to teaching you a home practice appropriate to your needs and physical condition
* 1 Embodyment® session
* 1 Yoga Therapy session
Cost: $155
