One Step at a Time,
a weekend workshop taught by Casey Gerdes, CSYT, E-RYT500
Take the principles of Svaroopa® yoga to a new level by learning
how to apply spinal release while moving through the world and
your life. This workshop will help you learn how to walk in a whole
new way, using your abs and legs to support your spine.
Each day will include two longer Svaroopa® yoga classes, integrating
and finessing new concepts as the weekend progresses. After-lunch
discussions will weave relevant anatomy principles and yoga
philosophy together so you complete the weekend with a better
and more complete understanding.

Continuing yoga classes: This level is best for anyone new to yoga, and recommended for the first 1-2 years of practice.
Deeper yoga classes: This level is designed to go deeper, and includes more advanced poses and techniques. Recommended for those who have been practicing Svaroopa® yoga for at least a year.
Free Newcomers Classes
1:30 - 3:30pm, 3rd Saturday of each month,
This class is designed to orient new and propsective students to the Svaroopa® yoga practice. Students will have the opportunity to experience this powerfully transformative yoga within the context of an introductory class. All fitness levels, body types, and ages are welcome to attend. **New** Learn to Meditate Series
February 17, March 3, and March 10 6:30-8:30 pm
Fee: $115 for the 3-part series, including materials
Register by February 7th for a 10% discount
Everyone knows the benefits of an ongoing meditation practice; yet very few people actually succeed in making meditation an integral part of their life. The “Learn to Meditate” series is designed to empower individuals toward a daily meditation practice. This series makes meditation easy and accessible to all. Participants will learn and practice three different meditation techniques and how to set up a daily meditation practice. Students will receive instruction on how to sit comfortably for an easeful meditation experience.
This course will explore the benefits of meditation and its true goal and purpose and is geared toward beginning mediators or those who are looking to be re-inspired toward a daily meditation practice. Participants will walk away from this class with the tools necessary to start meditating regularly.
