Serene Yoga and Healing offers small group programs designed to lead participants through an ongoing process over a 3-month period. Regardless of age, body type, or physical condition, you can practice this form of yoga.

Group sessions are small for a uniquely personalized approach and are based on the principles of Contemplative Practice Yoga®.

Through attending yoga classes, I have gotten some serenity in my life.  That, in conjunction with the movements and alignments, has also lessened the degree of pain in my spine and made me more aware of muscle tightening when under stress.  ...thanks to Serene, I now know there is relief to be had.
