Yoga Class Schedule

Serene Yoga and Healing offers a fundamentally different approach to the physical practice of
yoga. CPY is based in subtle awareness, releasing deep muscular tension, and support. Therefore students in yoga pose in classgroup sessions are deliberately smaller for a uniquely personalized approach within a small group setting.

Regardless of age, body type, or physical condition, you can practice this form of yoga. SY & H offers 3 different types of small group programs. Poses are customized to your body’s needs, and personal alignments and hands-on assists are included in each class. See the descriptions below to find the program that is best suited for you.
